Minnesota Multisport Awards - For the first time in the 15-year history of the MMAs, siblings have received nominations for an award, in this case, the same award. How cool is that!

In aplha order, here are the officlal nominees for Female Most Improved:

DIANE HANKEE (36, Lino Lakes- photo below L)

Diane won four races this season. One was the State Tri Championship (HOLT) and two were half IMs (Liberty and Chisago). She also popped a PR 10:21:03 (3rd amateur overall) at Ironman Louisville.

HEATHER LENDWAY (29, St. Paul)

Heather won eight races this year, including the USAT National Championship. Her long distance debut at Leadman Epic 125 - Bend produced a course record....

LISA LENDWAY (32, St. Paul)

Lisa's 2013 resume features two victories, two seconds and two thirds.

JENNIFER SCUDIERO (30, Eagan - photo R)

A dedicated duathlete, in ten starts Jenn was victorious six times and set two course records.
