Jamie Does Boston...

Friday, April 22...just got back from Boston yesterday and was getting updated on your

blog. I see Darin going all in with his time, NICE! In my quest to become

a better runner and stop giving up my race during the run portion, I

actually discovered I enjoy the long suffer (hence my love of the Burrito

Union) and qualified for Boston while running Whistlestop on a girls

weekend. This after I told my husband 10 years ago that I would never do...

another marathon because the TCM did me in after drinking strawberry kiwi

Gatorade for the first time during that race. Dumb dumb dumb because it

jostled in my stomach for miles until I finally relieved myself of it post

race. But, things happen in life when you hit 40, so I thought bucket list

- lets qualify for Boston.
