IRONMAN 70.3 MICHIGAN - MTN Congratulates JOE ADRIAENS and TIFFANY KARI-CIZMAS (photo L) on their performances last Sunday.  2025 Chisago winner with bulging discs, Joe finished 18th in a very solid 4:17:03. Tiff, 45, totally rocked, finishing 6th overall woman in a PR - 4:44:32 and securing yet another Master of the Year nomination.

2024 she demonstrated impressive swim/run prowess. She did that agin last Sunday, this time yielding a convincing overall women's victory, and bettering her 2nd place finish here a decade ago. She was eight minutes faster this time around. More impressive is the fact that she outraced pre-event favorite ERIN ROCK, whose 2025 scorecard features a win, a 2nd, 3rd and 5th in four local starts.

Hodge was joined in OLT's Winners Circle by YAROLSAV PERVENTSEV, who finished a very close 2nd at Hopkins a few weeks ago. His margin of victory was rather porcine (10:52).

Eighty-seven of the OLTs 250 sign-ups were enterd in the Intermediate-distance event. RESULTS

With his sub-one-hour time (59:06) in the OLT Sprint, KYLER WILLIAMS, 17, put himself smack-dab in the middle of the 2025 Junior of the Year discussion, He's won his last two races after reaching the AG podium at Nationals. His closest competition on Sunday was provided by Nebraskan ANDY VASQUEZ, a former collegiate runner who won the Pigman Sprint Tri back in 2000. Andy's time was 1:01:16 and featured the fastest swim and run splits of the morning, which was warm and VERY humid.

SARAH BERSETH outdueled LINDSAY SCHWAB for the women's sprint title. RESULTS
