Kortney Haag - Victory at Pigman Half (4:38:16 - fastest 70.3 time by a Minnesota woman in 2013) and 2nd amateur at Ironman Wisconsin (10:47)

Diane Hankee - Victories at Liberty Half and Chisago 71, and 3rd place amateur at Ironman Louisville - 10:21:03

Nicole Heininger - Course record at Waseca 1/3

Heather Lendway - Dramatic lowering of the long-standing course record at Square Lake Sprint.

Cathy Yndestad - Course record at  Buffalo Olympic and her victory--her 7th!--at Life Time Tri-Minneapolis and 2nd place amateur finish at Leadman Epic - 125 - Tempe.
