OLIVIA BAGNALL (photo) - We truly believe that this girl is special. Runner-up for Rookie of the Year in 2013, she won two races in course record time. Ranked 11th last year, we expect her to make Team MN this time around.

DENNIS DANE - Dennis is what we call a "lapsed" star. After four years --2006 to 2009--of impressive performances, Dane dropped out of sight. Mastering the Swim Exit...

Exiting the open water is an often overlooked part of the transition from swim to bike. Many seconds can be gained and lost, so technique and planning are important. Sara McLarty thinks about the swim exit in 6 steps:
