V3 Youth Triathlon Team is a non-profit organization that reaches youth through training, hard work and determination. V3 stands for Victory in 3 (Swim, Bike, Run) (Community, Character, Commitment) and (Life, Learning, Leadership). V3 emphasizes the importance of health, education, leadership and giving back through the use of volunteerism.

They will be offering VO2 max testing, comprehensive metabolic testing and REALLY awesome, video-based biomechanical analysis (for walking, swimming, running and cycling). THIS IS WHAT THE OLYMPIANS USE FOLKS! THE BEST OF THE BEST AND ONLY AT THE YMCA! Specifically the MPLS Downtown and Edina YMCA's.
