logoIronman Arizona Stuff - Historically, Minnesotans have rocked socks at Ironman Arizona, the ninth edition (in eight years) of which will happen tomorrow in the totally cool Phoenix suburb of Tempe, pronounced "Tem-pee," which is the home of ASU, whose motto is "Study! Study! Study!" Here's a sampling of the aforementioned rock-starish performances:

Town Halls, Famous Water Fountains & Expectant Moms...

townTreadman Duathlon VII - The original Treadman Du was staged in the unincorporated community of Douglas, which is just a few miles north of Rochester. Home to almost 50 people, it has a saloon and, we're not making this us, a famous drinking fountain. The folks in Douglas must be a thirsty bunch.
